Hi folks
Just wanted to let you all know that I completed my 6 weeks of Chemoradiation today. I was only given 4 weeks of the Chemo, as my Consultant decided that that was enough, having had 3 very hefty "Induction Chemos' prior to this run.
I've been following lots of the advice & suggestions I've found on here, and I'm in pretty good shape for all I've been through. Now just have to wait for side effects to peak, and let the healing commence.
I've alot more details in my profile of my journey to date, on the off chance it may be of use to someone else at some stage.
I came here looking for emotional support & found that, and then so much more - thank you.
Well done now hunker down and let your body repair.

Hi Petlamb
Putting all that in your profile is hugely helpful so thanks.
We all prop each other up here. I couldn't have survived and recovered as well as I did without the kind and unstinting support of folk on the forum. Time to heal and look forward to the future

Good luck with last one. Remember hunker down treatment to an extent keeps in working for a few weeks. Take everything day by day baby steps.
