Hi everyone, well here In week 3 of post operation.

I'm feeling much better. Yesterday I had my nose flap stiched which has made everything look a little better.

My dietitian has put me on L6 (soft food with a small amount to chew).

Still getting used to eating as its obviously a big change. But if anyone has any ideas what I can eat I'd be super grateful.

I'm a vegetarian, I'm eating casseroles, omelette, cauliflower cheese, and of course yoghurts, trifle and chocolate mousse.

I'd like more savoury as I'm.not a huge sweet lover. So any ideas would be great.

Thankyou all. Hugs and love Ellie x

  • Hi Ellie. So glad to see you back with us and feeling a little better. Hugs.
Avocado and banana is full of good fat and carbs. Scrambled eggs softened with Philly. Pasta with a creamy sauce. Tinned macaroni cheese. I’m sure folk will come up with many more
