Hi. These are what I use. My go to is always the ACT gum. The others are good for changing the mouth taste.

I’ve always used Extra gum which is usually on sale in tubs at supermarket checkouts. However recently I found that Lidl’s own sugar free Jet Gum is just as good and a lot cheaper.

I don't like chewing plastic (most gum base is polyvinyl acetate) & I won't use Amazon. I like Peppersmith Spearmint gum from Holland & Barrett but it is expensive.
