Yes they’re a good bunch. I’m dealing with high anxiety atm. Trying to calm down. 

The waiting is usually the worse Chris.  Once you find out what exactly you are dealing with and spoken to the good people on here, you will find that you will feel less anxious.  Talking to people who know exactly what you are going through and have been through it themselves can guide you and put your mind at ease a little.  Take care.  You got this.

thanks for message it helps to know about other people’s experiences. My heads all over the place at the moment, every twitch and ache I imagine it’s growing everywhere fast. Have moments of total panic, so your message helped me realise everyone starts out like this and the nightmare does end eventually. 

So pleased you are sorted and can lead a reasonable happy life, thank you for helping others, it’s certainly appreciated.

Hi Chris

This stage is probably the most stressful.  Try to find something to engage your mind - but definatly not Googling your symptoms!!  Once you have some definate answers in place it will be easier.  Hang onto the fact that almost all of us go on to have long and good quality leves after treatment.

Any worries or qualms just give me or anyone else on here a shout and we will all do what we can to help.  Just keep talking.
