Got laser surgery Monday coming to remove lump and cortisone steroid injection for the inflammed vical chords, in so much pain hurts to drink, swallow and talking non existence.
Has anyone experienced this?...I feel like hospital seem to be dragging their feet..
Hi Alicent
I can’t help particularly but maybe generally.
I had a different cancer but nevertheless couldn’t have managed without morphine.
Covid has changed everything. We have to be proactive right from the start and fight for our well being.
Once you have a diagnosis you’ll have a nominated Clinical Nurse Specialist. Contact them and tell them you’re in trouble and get hold of your GP for some decent analgesia. Straight away. Best of luck for Monday. Hugs
Dani
