Hi all, first timer. My partner has been referred by dentist, appt. at Addenbrookes 21st Sept.

Mouth ulcer - 4 months plus, bad breath,  pain in jaw.

He broke a tooth during lockdown, finally got too much.

Now has admitted pain on opposite side. Dentist saw an ulcer, took pics and referred him.

Short history, functioning alcoholic, smoker and worked on Nuclear sites.

I'mfearing the worst!

  • Hi Ses

    Sorry to see you here.

Your partner's lifestyle sure throws up some red flags ....Nuclear won't have anything to do with it.

    BUT

You don't know till you know.

Fingers crossed you don't need us but if you do we are here to help

  • Hi Ses

The waiting is the worst and is a very worrying time. Once there is a definitive answer whether it be bad or good at least you know what you are dealing with.

You can only try to distract yourself as best as able during this time.

If needed this forum will be very helpful in guiding you and your husband through his journey.

Wishing you and your husband all the best.
