Oh we're the same .... It's a bummer isn't it! The branston pickle keeps shouting at me but the tiniest bit is absolutely a no no. I can only do bread if absolutely saturated in butter or spread cheese but still need soup or Oxo to dip it in. Yep yoghurt isn't great either but Greek is better. Asda do pre done salads and I've managed to have the prawn and cheese ones and they have a mayo but it is sooo subtle might be worth trying ..the tuna ones a nightmare though..the texture is horrendous in my mouth.
I still need fortisip to keep my weight up but I am a size 6 now ... But it's impossible to keep a good weight if reply on food alone I find XXX
Hi Lisa. My weight started coming back on from around 15 months. Thanks for Asda tio I will try it. Have you tried cheese on Toast I can do cooked cheese but raw is one if my triggers. Toasties I can skid manage admittedly in early days always had to dip. Now if sandwich is moist I can manage it. I still have endures in I order a pack of 24 every 6 months now it’s for those just in case days. Have you tried auricular acupuncture I found it kick started my remaining saliva glands into production . It’s strange how we all react. Portage is my go to breakfast with a sliced banana and honey.
Tuna I have to agree not my favourite but i can do fresh salmon quite easily. Lamb is my favourite slow cooked.
