First of all I know I am acting like a crazy worrier and over thinker. Please try to understand I’ve never had to deal w cancer until mark was diagnosed in sept.
i don’t know what to expect from the scan results today. I’m stressed about the initial hello when the dr walks in the room. I do not know if she will start with “ we found another mass, it metastazed etc. i pray she says the total opposite. what are the initial words they use after they walk in the room.? Will he need another treatment or two of chemo or radiation? Did he not have enough treatment or he ended treatment too soon? Appt is later this afternoon. I feel sick to my stomach. And I have to go to work today and a mess
So he sees the hematologist today and the radiation oncologist next week. Why both drs?
Hi my oncologist came out into the waiting room he always had a smile even when he told me diagnosis. The words No evidence of disease was found in pet ct scan. Our conversation started with talking about previous nights football if I’m honest he knew I wasn’t overly worried as that’s my attitude.
Don’t think about the what ifs. I’d go bs k to bed !!!
treatment will be enough.
then don’t do more radio that’s a discussion if needed you can’t go on like this honestly
immunotherapy or surgery but ……..

Rose. You have to stay calm and support Mark.
I don’t know why he has those two last appointments. Maybe it’s just what his Insurance is paying for? Patients seem to have many more specialists involved than we do in the U.K. I saw my oncologist after treatment just to check I was healing Just hang on. Hopefully the results will be good.
