I'm due one of these to check for a sore patch in the Hypopharynx (right side). I'm not diagnosed with anything yet, but have a delicate throat and I'm nervous about damage and problems afterwards.
Can I ask anyone who's had it (under general anaesthetic) what their experience was like?
Nobody has replied yet but I understand you have put off the procedure for now. Is there anybody at the hospital you are being seen who can put you in touch with another patient who has had this.
I don’t know what sort of endoscope I had for my panendiscopy I’m afraid
