Ear ache can happen with larynx cancer but a myriad of other benign conditions can cause it. 
Neck ache with stress. 
I understand how you are looking for things that point to cancer and more importantly things that unequivocally don’t but please please try to relax. You are obviously much more worried about the possibility of tongue cancer than your impending hysterectomy so maybe take a lead from your heart? 

You're not a pain at all; You are just like we all were at this stage, very worried and anxious. I agree with Dani, you have to go with your heart, which is obviously your tongue.

Hi alike Dani says  you’re  looking for reasons not everything  always bpoints to cancer. Please try to stop worrying you will make yourself ill. The others  have said go with your heart get the tongue sorted then the hysterectomy can follow.

Thank you i gueas i have to try and go with him saying nothing suspicious and keep that in my head for now i guess yes earaxhe may not even be linked or maybe linked to the cyst he said he saw thank you for replying
