Hi my husband is recovering from surgery to remove a cancerous lump from his parotid gland. The operation was success. He now has to have 30 sessions of radiotherapy. He has had the first 5. We have 2 granddaughters who are pregnant, is it OK for them to visit during his radiotherapy treatment or should they wait till treatment is done? Sorry if I am overthinking this. Thank you for listening.
Hi I had our granddaughters visit while I was having radiotherapy they were also pregnant . kept everyone away from me for 24 hours after each pet ct scan at diagnosis snd then 18 weeks after treatment finished children and babies as well. Am sure a visit will cheer him up so don’t worry.
