MRI showed problems with base of skull, osteomyelitis or osteoradionecrosis. I’ve to have a PICC line inserted and 6 weeks IV antibiotics. Anyone got any idea of what steps can be taken after this. My tumour was Adenoid cystic carcinoma in my orbital floor, excised 11 years ago.
Hi. If there is any chance this is osteoradionecrosis get referred to Vinod Patel at Guy’s. They specialise in treatment of ORN with a drug regime called PENTO. Hope this helps.
