Been having night sweats for about a month  is this common with lymph nodes tumours in the neck

  • Hi New and lost, welcome to the group. I think it's pretty normal to have these night sweats, I remember I had them. Are you having or have you had any treatment yet, or been told of your treatment plan? Any questions just ask, someone will always answer if they can.

  • Hi I have not started treatment yet waiting for confirmation from the consultant

  • Hi Yes. I had them.
If you have time it’s useful to put a potted history in your profile which you can update as you go along. It saves you having to explain where you are on the road and saves anybody replying looking through your past posts.

  • Good evening New and lost, a lot of the time these sweats can be caused by worry, stress, and anxiety because we tend to overthink the situation we are going through, maybe you could ask for a mild sedative/sleeping tablet or similar. Did these start when you first saw your consultant? Try not to worry, i know it's hard as the waiting game can often be the worst part, take care.
