PS. Sunscreen protects against UV. X-rays are a much shorter wavelength. 
You’re getting only 4 weeks of RT. It’s not likely you’ll get anything worse than a red neck. 
I had six weeks and even then my neck was only red and flaky. I used plenty of moisturiser apart from just before RT and Aloe Vera Gel straight in after treatment

Hi No sun l cream. If you’re going to sun after treatment. Factor 50 but in first year I kept covered   Now I use factor 50 every day.  My treatment  was also throughout the summer of July and August. I wore a scarf from my neck when I was going to treatment and if I did wonder to the garden I always made sure my neck was  covered. Don’t put some cream on you will get special cream from your radiotherapy department

Eventually they gave my husband a dressing. He had to keep the same piece on for 2 days then change it. It got very smelly and wet on the inside but it worked with the healing process. It was a saving grace, should have been given sooner really. Ask for it, it will really help.
