hi, I plan on starting a salt/bicarb mouthwash regime, but there are so many different 'recipes' online.. one I've seen is 1ts salt + 1ts bicarb in 1ltr of water.. does this sound about right, or do you have other suggestions? cheers.
I’m not sure it’s too critical. Anywhere between the two, I’d say. That said, I did the same as Peter and never had any problems. It’s well worth it.
Three years on and my mouth still flares up from time to time and I still mix up some of the good ole salt and bicarb solution to calm things down.
Wishing you the best, M
It’s not critical, really.
I made mine up fresh in a 200ml glass. One pinch of each. Couldn’t be bothered with weighing out to the gram.

Hi As Daninsays it’s not critical I used to make it up a litre at a time but sometimes couldn’t be bothered and went down the glass sp with a pinch of salt and bi carb.l yiure using it to swill and swish your mouth. No need to be too technical..
