I was just wondering, those of you with RIG's / PEG's how do you get on with wearing a seat belt ?
Does the strap not effect it or have you applied for a seat belt exemption letter from the doctor ?
My RIG still has some healing to do because of the surgeon, plus it is still a little sore, but i have to drive soon. Although i'd rather not, i'm thinking of asking for an exemption letter.

Hi Cat
I had a PEG for 8 months. Driving with it in was never an issue

Good evening Cat, if it causes you problems while driving then you can ask your Dr if he/she can write an exemption letter, i have never had any issues with mine and still have it in after 12 years. But i can see your point., take care.
