Local SALT team have given me some specific swallowing exercises to help prevent and maintain swallow function before, during and after rt, If anyone would like them posting or sending then please let me know. Each person is different of course and not offering any medical advice!
They are jolly useful. I think we all get them … or we should.
I did them and my jaw exercises all through my treatment and continue to this day.
