Hi everyone, my treatment started yesterday chemo radiation, since then I’ve had a constant headache but what is really causing me discomfort is this horrific heartburn , I can’t even sip water so I doubt if I will be eating later , I’ve even taken an extra omeprazole than I’m meant to take so 60 instead of 30 , I don’t think I would be able to stomach gaviscon , has anyone got any advise please that I could try straight away , thank you xx
Try sucking an antacid tablet. I’d tell your team tomorrow. They might give you something else

When I used to get awful reflux after RT I used to take Lansoprazole and Gaviscon. Ok together as long as you take them two hours apart.

As for headache it’s the stress if everythjng try practicing yoga breathing if you can breathe in for count if 4 hold fir 2 release breath slowly I Aldi moved into spare bedroom couldn’t stand to hear hibby breathing like Dani says tell team tomorrow
