Hi I start chemo on Monday. My oncologist didn't mention it was palliative chemotherapy. Does this mean my chances are slim. No one told me
That’s a question for your oncologist I’m afraid
Palliative chemotherapy is offered to extend life and make the patient feel better for a while
I wish I could offer a better explanation
