Today I was picked up 9.45 am had my treatment and arrived home 10-30 am amazing! I am guessing I am one of the lucky ones still no side effects (cross fingers), I will be having my 11th session New Year's Eve then a few days off. So a Happy and Safe New Year, everyone.
Hi Viv
Having your treatment targeted lower down means the xrays largely avoid your mouth and the larger salivary glands which is an absolute blessing.
I wish you a very Happy New Year and hope you continue to make a largely uneventful recovery. Next year all this will be a distant memory.
Are you taking your mask home?
