I am wondering about Chia pudding the reason being I have one most day's, it consists of three tablespoons chia seeds 1 tablespoon of flax seeds whole fat milk and berries on top with cream this has been part of my diet for about 18 months it's packed with fibre and nutrients. I hope I will be able to continue having the pudding maybe without the berries.
PS. Thank you all for your input
Thanks
Dani

Something worth trying is porridge made with Oat milk so less sticky than normal milk and runs easier. A ripe banana sliced just disappears into the porridge along with blueberries which burst and turn everything purple.I throw ground flax seeds , raisins nuts and will be starting double cream soon
