Hi everyone hope you all doing okay. I will be starting radiotherapy within the next week or so for throat cancer, it is scheduled to last three weeks. I am trying to prepare for foods etc, so would icecream be something worth having in the freezer?
Ice cream custard milk shakes and good old Fortisips though with only three weeks RT you might well get away with only discomfort. Do you know how many Grays you are getting?

Some treatments are shorter and more intense delivering them same radiation or sometimes less.
