Acupuncture to improve Saliva

Hi, 

Did you ever get round to trying acupuncture? If so did help. I finished treatment in May, really want to try it.

Great. Give it a go. You might be pleasantly surprised. You don’t have to believe it will work for you. I was sceptical but tried to start with an open mind. 

WesG …I was recommended acupuncture… personally I felt no different so didn’t continue with it. I had it once a week during chemo/radiotherapy which I finished 2 months ago. The person who recommended it was throat cancer but abroad so it came as part of her treatment, which she had private. She swears by it! So definitely worth a try. My acupuncturist more concentrated on my sickness and throat pain, but I can see how it would work. Good luck x

Doing okay, thanks…I am one of those annoyingly optimistic people though so dwell on what I can do rather than what I can’t! Eating has highs and lows. Thank god ham salad sandwiches and cider are highs, because cheese and wine are lows! 

in general I count myself really lucky and hope that continues to be true
