Hi all, just looking for advice about my husbands fitness etc after surgery. He was diagnosed with oesophagial cancer last June had his op Dec 25 and is doing really well. He's on immunotherapy which he has only had a flare up of diverticulitis with so far. My main concern is that he is on a fitness regime of cycling alot which is amazing. However I'm just worried he's burning up too many calories. I'm sure he's putting on muscle but he's at his lowest weight so far of 61 kg. He does try to get as many calories in throughout the day. But could he be doing too much? Is there anyone on here who could advise?
