You could try good to go insurance or travel time insurance both seem to be ok and I believe insure for terminal diagnosis , although not terminal we have used travel time insurance to include throat cancer and other various medical conditions, it also works out cheaper to take out yearly insurance instead of a one off use

Because we went abroad about 6 times a year we got the 12 month insurance and was £180 as it worked out much cheaper for us then insuring every single trip and we were both insured in it
