Mum sadly passed away yesterday after being diagnosed with stage 4 osaphagus cancer in January. The care and support have been amazing. Thoughts and prayers to all on this journey xx

I am very sorry to hear that your mum lost her brave fight against this horrible disease. I hope you will be comforted in your grief by the memories you have of happy times spent with her and by others who knew and loved her. CB
