Just to say , after not being able to swallow anything for 9 months ,after months of radiotherapy and chemotherapy , the tumour has finally gone and this week my friend had her first sip of tea and tentative try of eating real food . I'll never take the simple pleasure of drinking a cup of tea for granted ever again. Thank you NHS .
god thats encouraging, soon to start my journey, same treatment i believe, keep telling everyone please dont ever take going out for bite to eat, roast dinner curry, what ever you enjoy to eat, thats been the hardest part of this journey, if it hadnt been for the swallowing and weight loss, i wouldnt be on any radar, thanks you prof plum for update
