Try to remain positive, do things to take your mind off things And relax. I used to go fishing, but maybe it’s still a bit too cold!

You may well have a bit of a wait before your appointment comes through so remain calm otherwise you’ll end up with stress related problems, like excess acid and give you more symptoms of what may be nothing to worry about.

I worried so much I gave myself tense backache and sciatica which lead to permanent nerve damage in my leg. So although I may not sound sympathetic I can understand your worry, just don’t panic!
