Has anyone any advice as to how difficult it is to arrange feed supplies and paperwork needed to holiday abroad.

they may be able to help, most cancer patients won't consider travel abroad due to the extreemly high \insurance costs, on the travel Insurance site quotes of £3000.00 and more.
Someone may come back that have done what you want, also you may be best mentioning where you are intending to travel to etc
