May be something minor, but I keep getting an ulcer on the tip of my tounge which is really annoying. What are your mouthcare routines to keep your mouths as ulcer free as possible?
I have a sensitive tooth brush and flavourless toothpaste which is great. Also use a green mouthwash called difflam. Any tips?
