Sitting in addenbrookes acci, waiting for my next lot of vintage champagne, I’m on a trial which involves immunotherapy and chemotherapy used at the same time, every to weeks for the immunotherapy, a trial from Astra zeneca for people with stage 3 adenocarcinoma that are on a curative pathway possibly. This is my 3rd lot of flot , second immunotherapy, or it could be a placebo, only they know. So my good friends and fellow sufferers, let the games begin, onwards and upwards, and never let your dangly bits dangle in the dust. All the best Haybag.
Feel weaker this time round, trying to get about still, dog walks, bit of light training, swallowing is better. Just the daily battles inside of me own head. Sleeping anxiety and boredom. But we try to go on, and that is what matters really. Not gonna lie. Its bloody tough. But onwards and upwards to everyone. Thank you for the reply Lowe. All the best Haybag.
I know by watching Dal that as time goes on his strength during treatment is less, but like you, he is still trying.. and I really hope that you can win the battles in your own head, as in many ways I am not sure that there is too much that is worse than that.
Thinking of you
