I have had 4 sessions of Flot and a scan. The doctors say I am ready for the operation in December. The tumour has shrunk enough for me to start eating after being on liquid feed for nearly 5 months. I tried a small jacket potato with heaps of butter. Within half hour I was fetching it all up. Much the same happened the next-day with a small carton of Actimel.
Any suggestions where I might start with food without being sick.
The only thing that comes to mind for me is that both things that you have tried contains dairy..... how about trying something like Beans and scrambled egg.
Sloppy food, like curried vegetable, Bolognaise, small cut food...that sort of thing.
Good luck with the eating and especially with the operation in December... I am sure once you get use to eating again you will stop retching it back up again....
My Husband says, that for him the key is to eat very slowly
