Hello All
I have had CLL for two years now and I am currently on Watch and Wait.
I had an ultrasound today as I have had some upper tummy discomfort and indigestion.
I have been told I have gallstones. Has any one in this Community had a similar diagnosis, and if so what was your treatment.
I am hoping they wont give me any problems in the future, and with a healthy diet I can lead a normal life. I am to ring my Doctor next week
for an update with her, so really in the meantime I am looking for any advice or reassurance anyone can give me.
Many Thanks

Hi again Rusticsoul,
Sorry to hear this, unfortunately all the ‘other’ medical problems that people experience can come along.
I have not seen anyone in our various blood cancer group talk about gallstones but I have talked with others in the various Lymphoma Action Support Platforms who have mentioned this but have no details as to how it was dealt with.
You could post your question to our cancer nurse team in our Ask an Expert section but do allow a few working days for a reply.
I do hope that you get answers soon.
Hello Mike-The Highlander
Thank You for you quick response and advice. I think I will post a question to the cancer nurse team.
I think its reassurance and advice I am after, like we all do when a new diagnosis is made.
It is nice to know this Community is here.
Many Thanks
