I’d just like to wish everyone in the group a blessed and peaceful festive season. It can be a very difficult time of the year for many of us, so special thoughts to everyone undergoing treatment or waiting for results and a starting date.
It’s 5 years ago today that I finished my chemoradiation for stage 2b, so I hope that can give some hope to others going through this or about to start. I was unlucky enough to have a recurrence, but more than 4 years after that 2nd rodeo I’m still here, so I hope that can also give some hope for anyone struggling.
You are stronger than you know, and braver than you think.
I send virtual hugs to all of you, and hope that no matter what circumstances you find yourselves in, you can feel some joy in being with family and friends over Christmas.
Sarah xx
