Waiting times depend on individual hospitals, and the capacity of pathology labs to analyse samples, so unfortunately you cannot guess what a result might be based on the length of time to receive it.
The news could be good or bad so it’s impossible to say anything for certain in advance and it’s different for everyone depending on where they are. Sorry that may not be helpful, but that’s the reality of the NHS.
