I’m back. I’m on the other side.  Day 4 after surgery.  Been a bit bumpy ride but sat in chair today for 5 mins.  Never knew could be so exhausting !
hope everyone is doing ok Thumbsup

  • Hi

Good to hear from you and that you’re through your operation. I don’t think anything really prepares you for the exhaustion after surgery but I know it’s very real. You’ll need to take it really easy now, even when you start to think you can do more you need to be aware that there’s a lot of healing still going on inside. Sitting in a chair even for 5 minutes is a big achievement at the start.

How long are you is hospital for, or are you home yet? Hope your recovery goes well, and just take baby steps at the start.

    Take care
