i I have only been on Ribociclib for almost 3 weeks and now I got a cold. Blocked nose and tiredness. 37.8 in temp. Anything I should do/ not do? Does anyone know? Is it ok to take over the counter medication like nose spray “ Stop it now”?

I am sorry to hear that you have caught a cold.
I would suggest calling NHS111 and asking for advice before considering taking any cold medications. They have the potential to interact with the Ribociclib. I remember my consultant telling me not to take any medication or supplements during my cancer treatment without running it by her first.
