How can I go on

Hiindonrelate to your post it feel tough and I ain’t going to say there are times when I still find it hard to accept but I have been living with cancer for 3 years and a few months I have been making great memory’s I appreciate things in a different way you will get through this I just try and keep my thoughts in today I have found walking a great hobby helps me to clear the head x I do hope you get the support you need take care x

Good morning (I’m in UK) it’s ok to feel overwhelmed. I went through this 21 years ago. It’s now back 

It’s just so horrid isn’t it. I hope I can find some bravery to help myself but my husband and children too. Sending what strength I have to you too.

I have been living with metastasic breast cancer for almost 3 years. At first, I thought my world was coming to a rapid end, but it hasn’t. Hang on in there. The phase of having more tests feels like a never ending spiral of bad news, but eventually you will get a treatment plan. There has been a huge amount of research into breast cancer and modern treatments do allow many of us to live much longer and with better quality than would have been the case a few years ago. 

My breast cancer is TNBC, which is arguably the hardest to treat, but I am still here. 

Thank you it does feel like never ending trips to the hospital. Our daughter is expecting our first grandchild in August- that’s a good incentive to keep going.
