Tumor markers

Does anyone know what it means if tumor markers go up from 17 to 53? Im a bit confused as to what it means. Thinking

    Hi 

    I can only say what my understanding is its a way for the doctor to monitor how treatment is working while on a cycle. I'm sure there is much more indepth explanations but i dont understand lol.

    I also know the lower the number the better but ask your doctore to explain them to you,

    The oncology team at my hospital don't look at tumour markers in isolation as they say many factors can make the rise or fall. 

Help us do whatever it takes, because we’ve never been needed more.
