I am really sorry to hear your cancer has progressed after 2yrs on ribociclib and letrazole.
I am still quite new to this forum, and also have liver mets (ER+ and HER- BC). I have been on ribo and letrazole for about 5 months, so still in relatively early stages. I have been a bit worried about what options there are after the first line treatment. So, whilst I am clearly not on the Elaine III trial, I was interested in your post and then looked up info about this trial.
