Hi All,
Hope youre doing ok. I just wondered if anyone had been in the above treatment and how they found it. Im going on it in 5 weeks time but have heard its not very well tolerated but gives good results. Any advice would be welcome please x
Assuming this is sacituzumab govetican for secondary TNBC, I haven’t been on it but thought I would add that it’s brand name is Trodelvy, as I have seen others post about Trodelvy. It will be my next line of treatment if/when my current remaining remission fails to hold (I have metastatic TNBC). From what I have seen, people can get gastric issues, but that’s true of a lot of treatments. Hoping you get a good outcome from it.
Hello! Yes I’ve just started as well. I’m on my first round and feeling very tired, sore throat. There’s as lot of other bits to the initial infusion (4 hours). I didn’t realise that I also needed to self inject and take steroids for three days after infusions. Good luck.
