Hi Katrina, no experience if this drug - I have just started Ribociclib and Letrozole alongside Zoladex and Denosumab this week but just wanted to stop by and say how good it is to hear first line treatments being effective for so long. It really does give me hope.

I hope you don’t mind me asking but where are your mets? How have you found side effects?
They are on my lungs stomach bones and liver. Pretty much everywhere. I get very tired and find it difficult to eat so I have lost a lot of weight.. I do see friends at their house or mine. Stopped going to restaurants as a waste of time. Off course I don't mind you asking questions. Good luck x
Wow, that’s amazing! I’ve been on abemacibilib and Letrozole for just over 2 years and it’s my first line. My side effects were unbearable last year but since reducing the dose I get more good than bad days but I’m always tired. Every scan I prepare myself for progression but this has given me and I’m sure others hope. I know I’m on a different drug but they are all similar. Well done ladies!
