Is anyone else feeling washed out when they feel they shouldn't? I am coming to the end of a two week break from taxol due to borderline bloods, hand and foot problems, and a week on antibiotics for a water infection. Had hoped to pick up a bit of energy before week 9 treatment on Friday! I guess coming towards the end of the 12 weeks I will get more tired, but hopefully a dose reduction will do the trick. Usually I love warm weather but can't enjoy it at the moment.
Hi DillonsMum I think the heat is so intense right now it can be quite exhausting. I've been finding it difficult to keep cool, especially at night, so have been sleeping with the windows wide open and blinds up to let the breeze through. Hope you get your energy levels back up again soon.
Feeling so much better today. Got a phone call from onc about scan results and it looks as though all tumours are shrinking and nothing new has arrived. I have two more weeks to go to make up the 12 and then after my two week break I will have four more, hopefully at a reduced dose. After that ;6 monthly scans, so all in all a good day.
