I've recently had a lumpectomy and was told there was 2 areas they removed. One was cancer the other not. Not spread to lymph nodes and referred for radiotherapy and letrozole.
My last appointment I was put on patient led follow-up, and although there was one more result they were waiting for, my doctor said he didnt expect there to be anything different. All indicators were I wouldn't be seen by them again and was now under Preston for radiotherapy which I have appointment for next week.
Yesterday I got a call to go back to the breast clinic and have found out the letrozole has been retracted.
My head is in overdrive, has anyone experienced this kind of scenario
