Anyone have any tips for joint pain was put on letrozole couple of weeks ago not sure when I’m getting surgery I’m a bilateral above knee amputee full time wheelchair user all my joints are aching today they are really bad essentially my hips I know I could ask for a different medication but not sure what side effects would be with them so wondering if any has any tips on what might help
