Hi everyone. Struggling on Letrozole (since November 25) with pain and stiffness, utterly miserable with it. Moved to anastrozole and no improvement. Spoken to 2 people recently who said they were moved on to exemestane and all the pain and stiffness went away - both describing as a game changer. My oncologist has never suggested this when we discussed how I wasn't tolerating Letrozole very well and said my next option was Tamoxifin but it would give me less protection. Would really like to know others experience of exemestane.
