On Hormone and targeted therapy.
Fatigue plus insomnia has got be the worse combination ever. My brain cannot understand why I cannot sleep when I’m so tired. Am I alone on this table?
Good luck to survivor/warrior
Oh gosh, that's so frustrating. I've used some mindfulness apps to help me with insomnia, maybe this works for you. Best wishes
Hi Ora, I hear you. I am also on 10 years on endocrine therapy and into cycle 2 of targeted therapy. I have both problems and especially issues with sleep. I've asked for sleeping tablets and was first been given strong ones - Zopiclone - to use occasionally and now have requested one I can take regularly and safely so have been prescribed Dariodexant. Also whilst I have been waiting for the Dariodexant the specialist pharmacist recommended Phenergan. You can get it over the counter, you just have to explain why you need it. I have found it very effective as I wait to collect my prescription x
Thank you, Newlydiagnosed_49 I have used zopiclone on and off. Good to know I potentially have more options.
