I just got my biopsy results . IDC stage 2 , HER negative, oestrogen positive. For wide excision and radiotherapy. I’ve been told I can wait until September for surgery. That seems a long time ! Any thoughts on timeframe ? We don’t think in lymph nodes and hopefully small so no chemo but obviously they can’t be certain until out. Thanks all

I am pleased you have your results and that it’s just a case of a wide excision and radiotherapy. Do you perhaps mean grade 2 rather than stage 2? I don’t think they would delay surgery until September if they thought it was more urgent than that. Wishing you all the best.
