Hi everyone, has anyone had fluid on their knees when taking letrazole? I’ve been on it for 15 months and get joint pains but this fluid on knees is a new side effect that has increased gradually over the last month? I’ve tried resting, didn’t make any difference , I’m carrying on my usual activities walking and sequence dancing, but it is getting more difficult. I used ibuprofen gel last night but it didn’t seem to help. Interested to hear if anyone else has had problems.
I am sorry you are struggling with this. It would be worth contacting your breast care nurse or GP to question this and rule out other causes. It does sound horrible in this heat. My cancer isn’t oestrogen responsive so I have no personal experience of letrozole. Hopefully someone who does will come along to add a view.
