I've just changed meds from Anastrozole to Exemestane. I'm wondering if anyone found the Exemestane better. On Anastrozole i was in terrible pain all over my body including hands. I felt very fatigued, had terrible hot flushes and just felt I had no quality of life. I came off it for almost 8 weeks and after 3 weeks felt so much better, lost 3kg in weight and was less fatigued. But I now have to take this new drug and im not looking forward to it.
